毛钰蘅简介
毛钰蘅,广州体育学院运动与健康系,副教授,硕士生导师。2019年博士毕业于香港理工大学,2022年中山大学公共卫生学院博士后出站。研究方向为运动营养与肠道菌群,营养素运动联合作用与慢病防治。广州体育学院青年博士A层次引进,深圳市后备级人才(孔雀计划C类)。近5年获得1项国家级、4项省部级和2项校级基金资助,以第一作者或通讯作者发表10余篇高水平SCI论文及中文核心论文,累计影响因子超过90。广东省营养学会会员。
